Upon confirmation,a deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required to secure the apartment by cash / bank transfer (T.T ) / Pay Pal. Please send us proof of deposit payment.

* Security deposit of RM 300 for stays less than 2 weeks / RM 500 for stay 3-6 weeks. The deposit will be refunded within 1-2 days after checkout through bank transfer, provided the unit is left in good condition.
* Balance of payment will be made upon check-in by cash
* Check-in: 3.00pm - 9.00 pm, Checkout: Before 12.00 am the day of departure. Additional charges of 1 day rate will be incurred if checkout after 12.00 am or late check out.
* We recommend you arrange travel insurance for your vacation.
* Amisha Home accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whilst residing in one of the holiday homes. During your stay you are expected to assume responsibility for the safety and security of the holiday home and all occupants.
* Amisha Home endeavors to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
* The rates are included free wifi internet, tv cable, utilities bills such as electricity and water bill.
* Any additional guests, after those in the original booking, must be declared and approved.

Max occupants: 1-6 persons
* Weekly cleaning provided.
* No smoking
* No pets
* No pork/alcohol/drugs allowed. No party of any kind is to be hosted.
* Please note that guests will have to provide estimated arrival time upon making booking as there is no reception in the Property. Owner will arrange the greet & meet based on the arrival time.
   
 CANCELLATION POLICIES

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. We operate on a first come first served basis.

Deposit is not refundable if you made cancellation due to the incurred cost that we have to bear for cancelling other customers.

No refund will be given in the event of cancellation by you and will result in the loss of any/all monies paid to date.

Q. How close is the home to the shopping places?
A. Shopping places (The Curve/Cineleisure, Ikea, Ikano Power Center, One Utama) is approximately a 5-10 minutes drive.

Q. Where is the nearest shop?
A. 7 Eleven and supermarkets are nearby and within walking distance. Private clinics & KPJ Damansara private hospital are also nearby.

Q. How close is the home to public transport?
A. Bus stop is within walking distance. You can also call taxis: Public Cab 03-62592020, Sunlight Taxi 03-90575757. Or you may download easytaxi app.

Q. How will I get the keys?
A. Our home manager will personally meet you and provide the keys to you upon final payment during check-in and will collect the keys after you checkout.

Q. Are towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
A. No need to bring your own towels. Our housekeeper will be providing fresh towels at the beginning of your stay.

Q. Is there internet access?
A. We are providing FREE wireless internet (WiFi) throughout our entire unit.

Q. Is there daily housekeeping service?
A. There is no daily housekeeping service. We provide weekly cleaning service. Daily cleaning services is upon request - MYR 70 per cleaning.

Q. Is there any other policy?
A. Yes, with all due respect to other guests, strictly no pork/alcohol/drugs, no pet, and no party of any kind are allowed in our unit.
